The Democrats went from subpoena to contempt in roughly three weeks. And it’s not as if the decision to hold Barr in contempt is going to have any positive effect. You can feel the atmosphere in the Democratic Party changing, getting more passionate, getting more caught up in the back-and-forth combat with Trump, getting more whipped up into impeachment furor.
